跟着做以下动作,看看你的肌耐力如何?Take this simple test and find out if you have strong core muscles.
准备一个薄垫子、计时器You will need a mat, flat surface and a watch.
- 把计时器放在你容易看到的地方Position the watch on the ground where you can easily see it.
- 做俯卧撑的准备动作,弯曲手臂,如图Assume the basic press up position (elbows on the ground) - as in the picture above.
- 坚持60秒Hold this position for 60 seconds.
- 抬起右臂,坚持15秒Lift your right arm off the ground. Hold for 15 seconds.
- 放回右臂,抬起左臂,坚持15秒Return your right arm to the ground and lift the left arm off the ground. Hold for 15 seconds.
- 放回左臂,抬起右腿,坚持15秒Return your left arm to the ground and lift the right leg off the ground. Hold for 15 seconds.
- 放回右腿,抬起左腿,坚持15秒Return your right leg to the ground and lift the left leg off the ground. Hold for 15 seconds.
- 抬左腿和右臂,坚持15秒Lift your left leg and right arm off the ground. Hold for 15 seconds.
- 放回左腿右臂Return you left leg and right arm to the ground.
- 抬起右腿左臂,坚持15秒Lift your right leg and left arm off the ground. Hold for 15 seconds.
- 还原俯卧撑准备动作,如图Return to the basic press up position (elbows on the ground) - as in the picture above.
- 坚持30秒Hold this position for 30 seconds.
恭喜,如果你能全部坚持循环完毕,你的肌耐力非常好If you were able to complete this test then it indicates you have good core strength. 如果你还不能达到这个标准,可以尝试按照这个循环每周锻炼3-4次。If you are unable to complete the test then repeat the routine 3 or 4 times a week until you can. 或者你也可以尝试每天15分钟的uGallop课程哦,也可达到相同效果。Alternatively you can tone up your core muscles by using the uGallop 15 minutes a day. |
